We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Server to join our team at Oceana PARC in White Rock. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests.

About the Job:

  • You will serve meals with attention to detail and follow proper food-handling procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • You will provide room service and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room between meals, washing dishes as needed.
  • You will interact with residents and guests, providing excellent customer service and building relationships.
  • You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed resident expectations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [1] year of serving experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Food Safe I, Serving it Right, and WHMIS certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to adapt to new situations quickly and solve problems professionally.
  • Knowledge of proper food-handling procedures and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
