Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of building maintenance, including cleaning, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and snow removal.
- Triage and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and procure maintenance supplies and trades.
- Conduct regular suite inspections and perform repairs, carpet cleaning, painting, and other in-suite tasks as needed.
- Assist with budget planning, energy optimization, and other corporate initiatives.

- Facility Management or Class 5 Power Engineering certification.
- Basic understanding of physical plant operations, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of major systems.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
