Job Title: Child Development SpecialistJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team at Tiny-Shiny Childcare. This role is ideal for an individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-12 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers with care and attention
  • Developing and implementing child-care programs that support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Leading activities through storytelling, teaching songs, and organizing outings to local points of interest
  • Supervising staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and submitting written observations on children
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental and health care plans, as well as opportunities for professional development.
