About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Regional Management. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize events for the region, including scheduling and managing agendas, booking travel and accommodations, and distributing tickets for events.
  • Manage shared mailboxes, including approvals, signatures, and follow-ups.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Regional Management team, including scheduling meetings, managing Concur, and handling bill payments.
  • Communicate with regional staff and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and partnership.
  • Be agile and adaptable, quickly responding to changes and priorities.
Requirements
  • College diploma in administration or related discipline.
  • One year of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Strong leadership and initiative skills, with a high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong sense of priority management and attention to detail.
