About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Regional Management. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the Regional Manager's schedule, including agenda planning and meeting organization
  • Process and manage expenses, invoices, and travel arrangements
  • Manage shared mailboxes and distribute tickets for events
  • Develop and maintain regional communications, including newsletters and presentations
  • Provide support for various events and projects, collaborating with colleagues and partners from other business lines
  • Assist with reception duties at the two branches in the region, as needed
Requirements
  • College diploma in administration or related field and one year of relevant experience
  • Experience working in financial services is an asset
  • Strong leadership and high level of initiative and autonomy
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
