Job Title: Total Rewards Manager

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join their growing team in New Westminster. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures for a complex multi-unionized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies to support the organization's overall corporate culture through initiatives that provide competitive compensation, benefits, and other rewards.
  • Evaluate existing total rewards policies and programs, and recommend changes to ensure programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the review of annual performance appraisals, coaching, and advising management on performance ratings, and managing the exempt enterprise-wide performance management process.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to job evaluation panel discussions for exempt and bargaining unit jobs across the enterprise, and address related issues including review of appeals/grievances, and providing input to arbitration cases.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of progressive Compensation & Benefits experience, ideally in a multi-unionized environment.
  • Previous management experience is a must.
  • CPHR or CPP considered an asset.
