Total Rewards Manager

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead a team of 10 Compensation & Benefits team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures for a complex multi-unionized environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement strategies to support the organization's overall corporate culture through initiatives that provide competitive compensation, benefits, and other rewards.
- Evaluate existing total rewards policies and programs and recommend changes to ensure programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with company's strategic goals.
- Oversee the review of annual performance appraisals, coaching, and advising all levels of management on performance ratings, and managing the exempt enterprise-wide performance management process.
- Provide leadership and oversight to job evaluation panel discussions for exempt and bargaining unit jobs across the enterprise and address related issues, including review of appeals/grievances, providing input to arbitration cases to ensure successful resolution.
- 5-7 years of progressive Compensation & Benefits experience, ideally in a multi-unionized environment.
- Previous management experience is a must.
- CPHR or CPP considered an asset.
