We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead our Compensation & Benefits team. As a key member of our HR department, you will design, plan, and implement benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Your expertise will ensure our total rewards strategy aligns with our organization's corporate culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the Director of Total Rewards and Payroll to design and implement benefits, wellness, and compensation programs.
- Oversee the review of annual performance appraisals and provide coaching and advising to management on performance ratings.
- Provide leadership and oversight to job evaluation panel discussions and address related issues, including appeals and grievances.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly experienced Compensation & Benefits professional with a strong background in total rewards strategy and program design. Your expertise in a multi-unionized environment is essential, as is your ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
