About the Role

Voyago is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our Logistics Centre in London, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process calls efficiently, booking trips accurately for our non-emergency Patient Transfer Division.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Effective communication in English, with the ability to read and write.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Logistics or Call Centre operations.
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Emergency Telecommunications Graduate as an asset.
