The Advanced Neonatal Care Specialist will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This relief part-time position is approximately 0.71 FTE and is available until November 02, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care to ensure delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Demonstrate specialized knowledge and skills in neonatal nursing, applying evidence-based practices to promote positive health outcomes.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a Level 1b NICU, providing maternity care and pediatric inpatient services. The successful candidate will have access to ongoing education and training opportunities, including MoreOB events and ilearns.
