The region's only hospital, Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital, serves the healthcare needs of 85,000 residents across the area. Our state-of-the-art facilities provide round-the-clock emergency and trauma care, as well as specialized units for intensive care, acute medical conditions, renal dialysis, and neonatal intensive care.
With a focus on personalized and comprehensive care, we aim to be the regional hub for expert treatment of critically ill and injured patients through our High Acuity Response Team (HART).
Elevate your career by joining our team of empathetic and analytical psychiatrists in Trail. As a general adult psychiatrist, you can earn between $350,000-$550,000. If you're interested in launching a private practice, consider that overhead costs will be part of the equation.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer flexible scheduling, vacation leave, relocation funding of up to $15,000, and a recruitment incentive of $15,000.
