Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team as a full-time staff member. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients, exercise your full scope of practice, and contribute to innovative healthcare programs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining effective Care Plans in collaboration with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
- Providing exceptional nursing services to patients in various settings, including in-home, clinic, retirement home, or school
- Communicating and liaising with patients, family members, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Traveling regularly to provide care and support to patients in their communities

What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive:
