We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team at beBee Professionals in Waterloo.
About the Role:This full-time position involves providing high-quality care to patients of all ages, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver excellent medical care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patient conditions and administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that cater to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and document medical information in a timely manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health management and self-care techniques.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory for this role.
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment is crucial for success in this position.
- We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
