We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to join our team at CarePartners. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality wound and ostomy care to patients in our community.
About the PositionThis full-time NSWOC nurse position offers a unique blend of challenge and fulfillment. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients, while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Qualifications- Current RN diploma and registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Graduate of Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada (NSWOCC) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wound and ostomy care
- Excellent assessment and communication skills
- CPR certification and current immunization record
