Company Overview

CSG Talent is a leading commercial contractor in the glass industry. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Aluminium Project Manager to join our esteemed company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee aluminium and glass systems projects, including curtainwall, storefront, interior glass walls/entrances, and interior glazing projects. This role requires exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the client's quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded in areas such as scheduling, coordination, quality, and safety.
  • Procure materials and rental equipment at the lowest possible cost, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Schedule field crews for projects, staying within the labor budget while achieving timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Estimating, Field Operations, and Management teams, providing regular updates and project close-out reports.
  • Ensure accurate billing and billing projections are updated monthly.
  • Serve as a resource for project management-related questions.
  • Perform layouts on site, directing the team as needed.
  • Conduct field measurements as requested.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with aluminium and glass systems.
  • A strong track record of problem-solving and resourcefulness.
  • Success in maintaining and/or improving profitability of projects valued above $1,000,000.
  • A demonstrated ability to read, understand, and interpret plans and specification documents.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk across rough terrain, climb ladders, reach, bend, and lift 50 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills with coworkers and clients.
  • Possesses strong rapport and relationship-building skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have access to comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
