We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at O.N. Site Construction Inc. In this role, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We have national coverage with active construction projects across Canada, ranging from smaller interior renovations to complex multi-million-dollar projects.

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, trade contractors, consultants, and sub-trades;
  • Ensuring compliance with Ministry of Labour regulations and O.N. Site Construction Safety Policy;
  • Performing hands-on demolition, carpentry, and general construction support as required;
  • Communicating effectively with the Project Manager and Senior Management on project issues and progress.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of construction supervision experience;
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Architectural Science, or Engineering;
  • Commercial industry and interior fit-out experience;
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle;
  • Thorough understanding of architectural and mechanical drawings;
  • Current knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legislations;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel out-of-province occasionally for projects.
