The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant service teams. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to succeed, exceptional motivational and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of our outlets to ensure exceptional service delivery and high-quality food standards.
  • Develop and maintain a productive and well-maintained working environment, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Monitor and exceed financial metrics, maintaining standard operating procedures and driving business growth.
  • Supervise and check standards of food quality and service delivery, providing continuous performance feedback and coaching.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals and listening to and responding to their concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in a 4-star hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Valid ProServe certification and a strong understanding of current food and beverage trends.
  • Experience working in a variety of restaurant settings and a completion of a business or hospitality degree is preferred.
