The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our Restaurant service teams as a Restaurant Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our 4-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of our outlets to ensure exceptional service delivery and high-quality food products.
  • Develop and maintain a productive and well-maintained working environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Drive business results by maintaining standard operating procedures, exceeding financial metrics, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise and check standards of food quality and service delivery, providing continuous performance feedback to team members.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in a 4-star hotel or similar environment.
  • Valid ProServe certification.
  • Experience working in a variety of restaurant settings.
  • Strong understanding of current food and beverage trends.
  • Completion of a business or hospitality degree is preferred.
