Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to our high standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and financial management.
