Labatt Breweries of Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative to join their team.


About the Role

This is an entry-level, full-time contract position that includes the use of a company vehicle and the opportunity to grow within a leading beer company.


  • Develop sales and industry knowledge in preparation for a future role as a Business Development Representative with Labatt.
  • Support customer promotions, including building product and marketing displays, attending events, and ensuring all merchandising tools and promotional materials are being improved across sales channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Labatt's extensive network of customers and conduct in-person merchandising visits.

Requirements
  • Full, unrestricted driver's license
  • Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule
  • Post-secondary education (mandatory)
  • Passion for working with a diverse group of people and building relationships
  • Interest in learning about sales from the ground up
  • Assertive and self-motivated, with excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to take direction, while also possessing strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service, merchandising, hospitality industry, and/or sales experience is an asset
