Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations at Parmar Bros Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, determining product offerings, and developing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Oversee a team of 1 to 2 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Product Sourcing: Determine products and services for sale, sourcing and purchasing merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Staffing and Training: Identify staffing needs and provide training to ensure team members have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Address customer requests and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervision: Oversee a team of 1 to 2 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Employment Term: Permanent position with full-time hours, 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
