Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Parmar Bros Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Manage store finances, including cash handling, credit card processing, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Supervise and train sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- 40 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- English.
