Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Dollarama L.P. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily retail store operation, including day-to-day operations, visual merchandizing activities, performance management, recruitment and training of new employees, scheduling and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve performance goals.
- Help with store merchandizing, shelf stocking, and boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex issues.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandizing standards based on company strategy.
- Ensure store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Perform cash management, store opening, and closing duties as needed.
- Provide employee performance feedback as needed.
- Assign tasks to the team.
- Conduct managers on duty tasks: making sure daily breaks, time, and attendance are taken.
- Responsible for the hiring and performance management process.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the retail industry.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a team management position.
- Open availability required (day, evening, weekend).
- Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
