E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team at RONA Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders, including processing, packing, and shipping.
- System Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our order management systems, including analysis of current processes and identification of areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Analyze online orders and customer metrics to identify trends and suggest ways to improve the fulfillment and customer service experience.
- Communication: Provide guidance and troubleshooting to store fulfillment teams, as well as facilitate the resolution of issues to ensure fulfillment targets are met.
- Project Management: Support new operational projects and technologies, including analysis of current processes, brainstorming different strategies, and creating detailed training packages and communications.
- Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, finance, and/or fulfillment is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer savvy with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products and functional experience with Order Management Systems.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of retail store environments and dimensions (reporting structure, number of direct reports, international linkage, location).
