We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at PEARSON RECYCLING LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Establish and maintain office procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Training
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, management, and external partners.
    • Provide training and support to staff on office procedures and policies.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • Fluent in English.
    • 30 to 35 hours per week.
