Enhance Influx's Cybersecurity

We're seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to join our executive team as Chief Information and Security Officer. As a key member of our leadership group, you'll play a critical role in driving our cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect our clients' information and data
  • Collaborate with our COO to drive our cybersecurity strategy and ensure alignment with our business objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of new cybersecurity products and services to enhance our clients' security posture
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our clients on cybersecurity best practices and risk management
  • Manage and oversee our cybersecurity team to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the IT security industry
  • 5+ years of executive or management-level experience in systems security in consulting or operations
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and risk management
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills in English
  • Able to lead policy development and implementation across the organization
  • Additional Cybersecurity certification (e.g., Familiarity with data protection laws such as GDPR, HIPAA)
