Enhance Influx's Cybersecurity Posture

We're seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to join our executive team as Chief Information and Security Officer. As a key member of our leadership group, you'll play a critical role in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect Influx's data and systems.
  • Lead the development of new cybersecurity products and services to enhance our offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our COO to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity into our overall business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their confidence in our information and data security.
  • Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices and risk management to our teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the IT security industry, with a strong background in systems security and consulting.
  • 5+ years of executive or management-level experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving security posture.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead policy development and implementation across the organization.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and risk management principles.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a remote environment, with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
