We're seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to join our executive team as Chief Information and Security Officer. As a key member of our leadership group, you'll play a critical role in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and driving innovation in the industry.

As a 100% remote opportunity, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with our global team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. With a strong focus on information security management, you'll lead policy development and implementation across the organization, ensuring the highest standards of security and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect Influx's clients and assets
  • Lead policy development and implementation across the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Provide expert advice on information security design practices, policy, and control frameworks
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, ensuring Influx remains at the forefront of industry best practices

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the IT security industry
  • ~5+ years of executive or management-level experience in systems security in consulting or operations
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and risk management
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills in English
  • Cybersecurity certification (e.g., Familiarity with data protection laws such as GDPR, HIPAA)
