Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Bookkeeper to join our team at NZT Financial Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and Prepare Cheques for Payroll: Accurately calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Manage Fixed Assets and Depreciation: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Keep Financial Records: Maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Requirements:
  • Education: A College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office, with knowledge of process improvement and accounting principles.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Our office is located in the head office of NZT Financial Solutions, with a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
