Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Peel Financial Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
