Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Nerval Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth, developing strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
