Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at CARE 4 U BEAUTY INC. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that we are meeting customer demand.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
