Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 2036305 ALBERTA LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, establish work schedules, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Sales and Revenue: Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, and identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
- Training and Development: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, as well as awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and Indigenous workers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
