About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.

  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that sales team members have access to the products they need to sell.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be required to work under pressure and be able to multitask, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
