Bilingual Personal Property Insurance Broker In Training

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Personal Property Insurance Broker In Training. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, gathering information, and offering tailored insurance solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries and provide personalized support.
  • Information Gathering: Collect essential details to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Customized Solutions: Offer tailored insurance solutions and explain products and promotions in simple terms.
  • Record Management: Update client records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Financial Management: Handle accounts receivable with efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service is essential for success in this role.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in French and English is required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: A minimum of a diploma in Collegial studies or equivalent is required.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computer systems and software is necessary for success in this role.
