Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Personal Property Insurance Broker In Training. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering tailored insurance solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries and provide personalized support.
  • Information Gathering: Collect and analyze client data to understand their needs.
  • Customized Solutions: Develop and present insurance solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Financial Management: Manage client accounts and ensure timely payments.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Education: Minimum of a diploma in Collegial studies or equivalent.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computer systems and software.
