As a Bilingual Personal Property Insurance Broker In Training, you will begin your journey with a fully paid, intensive 5-week course designed to prepare you for the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) exams, a vital step towards earning your broker's license. You will benefit from ongoing education and personalized support from our experienced training department, ensuring your professional growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Answer client calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Information Gathering: Collect essential details to understand and meet client needs.
  • Customized Solutions: Offer tailored insurance solutions and explain products and promotions in simple terms.
  • Record Management: Update client records in line with established procedures.
  • Financial Management: Handle accounts receivable with efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Education: Candidates must have a minimum of a diploma in Collegial studies, or equivalent.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computer systems.
