Job Summary

JAMIE is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask, use judgement, and be organized
  • Time management and adaptability skills
  • Accountability and ability to work independently
