We are seeking a highly skilled Field Property Claims Specialist II to join our team in London and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting property damage, restoring or replacing valuations, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5+ years of disaster restoration industry experience, university degree, and high-level knowledge of Xactimate estimating software. Job Summary

  • Inspect property damage, restore or replace valuations, and provide quality service
  • Conduct virtual estimate reviews on XactAnalysis and field inspections to evaluate property damage
  • Determine replacement or restoration requirements, including direct and in-person contact with insured, claimants, and service providers
  • Maintain current knowledge of insurance products, appraisal, and investigation techniques
  • Establish best practices workflows and procedures

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision, and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Travel on short notice is expected. An advance drone operating license or willingness to pursue one is preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of disaster restoration industry experience
  • University degree or relevant training and experience
  • High-level knowledge of Xactimate estimating software
  • Sense of urgency and willingness to manage changing schedule
  • Positive attitude and adaptability
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
