About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Salmex Carpentry Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and renovating residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare building layouts and ensure compliance with building codes
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials for construction projects
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, and other woodwork
  • Maintain and repair existing structures, including residential and commercial buildings
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments
  • Willingness to relocate for the position
Work Environment

As a Carpenter with Salmex Carpentry Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying locations and projects. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
