About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Bhai Bala Finishing & Carpentry Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in our carpentry projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures, including wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Willingness to relocate for work
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments
  • Reliability, team player, and flexibility
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
