Job Title: Office Manager

Cabinet Arts Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate office activities, including administrative tasks, personnel management, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
