Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at Relay, you will play a crucial role in shaping our small business banking platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Frequently interviewing customers to understand their needs and pain points, using this information to identify product opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Fostering strong collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and excellent customer experiences.
  • Leveraging data to inform product decisions and establish clear success metrics to measure progress.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, with some experience working with financial products and services.
  • A strong bias towards action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Experience living in Toronto, the GTA, or being open to relocation.
  • A history of excellence and impact in your previous roles.
