Digital Product Leader for Secure Banking Solutions

As a Senior Digital Product Manager at Scotiabank, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of authentication and security-related initiatives for Digital Banking in Canada. This position requires partnership with technology & design teams, control functions, and business lines to deliver the optimal customer experience while ensuring customers are protected.
About the Role- You will champion customer experience and ensure customers feel secure.
- Collaborate with various teams and business lines to meet their needs around access and authentication.
- Develop reusable and scalable customer-facing software that internal teams can leverage to solve customer identification challenges.
- Lead problem discovery to understand customer needs, current challenges, and work closely with design and engineering partners to develop solutions.
- Assist in creating vision and roadmap for owning areas and maintain a detailed prioritized product backlog.
- Use data to inform decisions, build hypotheses, test, and iterate to formulate an agile product development approach.
- Establish close relationships with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective products and manage expectations through effective communication.
- Set clear OKRs for your product area and work with analytics teams to measure and assess key performance indicators (KPIs).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in building customer-facing digital products.
- Experience managing a technology product or digital journey end-to-end from inception to delivery.
- Familiarity with web, mobile, or microservice development with a strong focus on fraud and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive results.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- A curious and experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty.
- Proven cross-functional leadership skills with experience leading teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels.
