Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at HBI Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory tracking, shipments, and customs clearance. If you have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for logistics, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt and storage of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the shipment of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customs Clearance: Prepare and submit customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and terms.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Employee Training: Train employees on safety standards and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies.
  • Communication: Communicate delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight to relevant parties.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and WMS (Produmex or similar), Microsoft Office skills.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certified, First Aid Certification (asset).
