About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Rolls-Right Industries Ltd. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring seamless operations and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with warehouse and production units, and monitoring the movement of supplies and materials.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including warehouse and production teams, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Warehouse.
