Job Title: Cook - Ethnic Foods Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at SEOUL RESTAURANT. As a Cook - Ethnic Foods Specialist, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Work Setting:

Our restaurant is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work with a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
