Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hybrid Position (3 days/week in office).

As our new Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our daily operations and implementation of client campaigns, ensuring the continuous development of staff and operation services. You will oversee the team's daily operation and workload distribution, ensuring delivery on client commitments as outlined in any Service Level Agreements, and compliance with any other client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Leading initiatives to improve internal processes and systems

  7. Defining and executing strategies to deliver on company objectives and goals
  8. Proactive risk management and mitigation efforts

As a team, we work closely together with our colleagues in various locations, and you will play a crucial part in working closely with your operations team, and report directly to the Operations Director. We are looking for a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our daily operations and implementation of client campaigns, ensuring the continuous development of staff and operation services.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated success in operational execution and process improvement.
  2. Track record of success in building and leading effective teams, fostering talent development and strategically managing resources to achieve operational excellence.
  3. Highly collaborative, driven by a strong desire to continuously improve and deliver high quality.
  4. Excellent communication skills: ability to provide straightforward directions as well as inspire a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience conducting root cause analysis, managing incidents, and implementing preventative measures.
  2. Ability and experience using data to inform decision-making, such as selecting appropriate KPIs for measurement.
  3. Successfully implemented performance management strategies to drive team growth and achievement.
  4. Proven ability to establish and nurture strong working relationships, preferably in a global context.
  5. Experience in marketing operations, personalization/automation, process improvement, or project management is desired.
  6. Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce or Adobe Campaign is a plus.
