We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Victoria Sushi. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook sushi dishes to order, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a sushi restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
