Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of sales and account management principles.

Key responsibilities include owning an enterprise portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention metrics are met, and building strong relationships at all levels.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion across assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence product roadmap and strategy.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customers' industry, technology, products, and services.
  • Promote Citylitics' offerings and value to executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and lead strategic initiatives on assigned accounts.
  • Proven track record in building executive relationships and managing a $2m+ book of business.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
